PRAYER FOR THE UNBORN
"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you,
before you were born I dedicated you"
Heavenly Father, in Your love for us
You entrusted your only Son to the Blessed Virgin Mary.
In Your love, with our actions, protect unborn children
against all evil. We ask you this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

The Protection Of Human Life
"The Knights of Columbus is unambiguously and proudly pro-life. In accordance with the teachings of the Catholic Church, the Order defends human life from the moment of conception until natural death. Building a new Culture of Life where every human life is welcomed, respected and protected by law is one of the highest priorities of the Order."
At the Day of the Annunciation of our Lord, the Knights of Columbus celebrate the International KofC Day of the Unborn. From the KofC Supreme Council's Milestones in the Crusade for Life:

An excerpt from then Bishop Wenski - Columns (2004-2010, at the Diocese of Orlando):
The Social Teachings of the Church - May 2010
. . .
"No human being can be reduced to just a problem. When we allow ourselves to think of a human being as a mere problem, we offend his or her dignity. And, when we see another human being as a problem, we often give ourselves permission to look for expedient but not just solutions. The tragic history of the 20th Century shows that thinking like this even leads to 'final solutions'.
For us, Catholics, therefore, there is no such thing as a 'problem pregnancy' - only a child who is to be welcomed in life and protected by law." More...
Health Care - March 2010
. . .
"The so called 'pro choice' advocates now argue that Roe v. Wade did not merely declare a 'right' to have the government not interfere with a woman's privacy; they assert the 'right' to have the government positively assist in a woman having an abortion. Whatever you might call it, a procedure that results in the death of a living human being, whether at the beginning or end of life - is not health care. More...
Freedom of Choice Act (FOCA) - January 2009
". . . in electing those who will lead us we do not abdicate our responsibilities as citizens and as Catholics to shape the public debate in ways that enhance respect for human life and advance the common good.
But as Cardinal George of Chicago said in his address to the assembled bishops of the United States in Baltimore this past November 10th: 'The common good can never be adequately incarnated in any society when those waiting to be born can be legally killed at choice.'
Life is Precious - September 2006
. . .
"It is a sad commentary on our times that so advanced is the 'culture of death' in our society that fertility is considered a pathology and pregnancy a disease."
